Ajman Property: Following in the Dubai Boom

Buying property in Dubai has proven to be a very financially rewarding investment over the last 12 months. As a company who deal with a large number of developers in Dubai, we have seen off plan prices increase on average around 30% per annum. Projects we are looking to take on in areas such as Dubai Sports City and Jumeirah Village South have seen fantastic price increases. Ajman property is maturing quickly. Construction has already started on a number of developments in Emirates City with completion expected towards the end of 2010 and 2011. For this reason there is a narrowing "window" of opportunity to invest now before the prices start to skyrocket as currently being experienced in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
