2 Year 10% Annual Rental Guarantee On Completion

On completion all properties within the Buccament Bay can enter into the rental scheme which guarantees a 10% rental return in the first two years of operation, whilst allowing the owner 30 days free usage.

The 2 year 10% rental guarantee will provide each investor with a positive cash flow from the moment the resort opens, irrespective of occupancy levels.
