Components of the project

1. Three World-Standard Theme Parks

Legends of Arabia brings together fantasy and fable from days gone by. A magical interpretation of time honored mythology is combined with themes from modern day to create a technological array of thrills and spills. From 1001 nights to wadi falls - Legends of Arabia is a place of family fun and exhilarating experiences

Legends of Nature draws on the forces of our natural world and the wonder of our coinhabitants of this planet to create a venue of incredible power. Families will enjoy the large bio-dome park featuring exciting activities and attractions such the Aquarium, Maine Environment, and Water Park.

Legends of the World is inspired by people and places from this planet and beyond. It will awe and inspire through its journeys of extraordinary fact and fantastic fiction. Voyages of exploration will excite and inform with incredible reality and through rides of epic discovery.

2. Legends Leisure Complex (promenade, entertainment area, shopping and dining)

The Legends Leisure Complex is the sparkling hub through which all visitors will walk, sail or ride en-route to one of the three theme parks. Entertainment, shops, restaurants and cafes line its curved boulevards to create a vibrant focus at the centre of the resort. Designed as a pivotal link, the Legends Leisure Complex is a commercial opportunity of huge potential.

3. Four Themed Hotels.

The luxurious meets the fantastic in hotels which reflect the destination themes. The 50 storey iconic “Legends Tower Hotel” combined with the office towers and conference center, takes pride of place overlooking the whole of the Legends development, whilst the “Arabian”, “Caribbean” and “Medieval” themed hotels are located in prime locations, at the entrance to each Theme Park. Their prominent architectural styles will create unique guest experiences in properties which will innovate and inspire. Apartment Hotels will be located adjacent the themed hotels and will ideally complement the themed hotels by catering for those visitors who wish to have a certain level of autonomy whilst still being able to take advantage of the excellent access to the facilities of the Theme Parks, Leisure Complex and Themed Hotels.

4. 9-Hole Golf Course and Golf Academy
Dubai is famed as a golfing destination and Legends Dubailand will further define its position as a centre of golfing excellence. The 9-hole themed Legends Golf Course and Golf Academy will provide a destination enjoyable to beginners and experienced golfers alike. Visitors will be able to stay at the exquisite Golf Course hotel.

5. Golf Course Hotel
This boutique style hotel will be located within the plot of the 9 Hole Golf Course, and provide host to golfers wishing to take advantage of not only the Legends Golf Course but also the many other Golf Courses which comprise “Dubai Golf” which has now made Dubai into a major international golfing destination.
