Payment Plan

£1,000 secures your apartment reservation and then payment is as below (two options):

Option A.

- 35% deposit at exchange of contract
- 20% after 6 months
- 20% after 12 months

- 50% now and 50% on completion which will include your legal fees paid by the developer to a firm of your choice that is a member of The Law Society.
