Unity Estates: Meet the management team

Mitchel Lawton, Director and founder.

Founded the property company in 2003. Has invested in a number of overseas property, experiencing the highs and lows of property investment. From this experience he has been able to identify the main essentials of purchasing overseas property and is acutely aware of what to look out for and where best to invest knowing from personal experience how to make a successful property portfolio.

Prior to this, Mitchel has over 15 years experience in IT and was the director of a software development consultancy in London and worked with many blue chip companies.

David Cotter, UK Sales manager

David has been successfully investing in property in the UK, Ireland, California and Dubai for almost 10 years.  He has a wealth of experience in all of these markets. He shares a passion for property which certainly helps to inspire the sales team to ensure that they provide the highest level of professionalism, up-to-date industry knowledge and the best possible service to each and every client.

David also has over 10 years financial systems experience having provided consultancy services for many leading investment banks including UBS, ABN Amro, Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital.
